Centre for Industry Education Collaboration

CIEC provides a range of curriculum-linked teaching resources for the teaching and learning of the science curriculum. The resources provide teachers’ notes, presentations and teaching tools, as well as interactive tasks that children can access with teacher guidance.

CIEC supports primary science education by providing curriculum-linked resources for teachers and children to access, as well as training and CPD opportunities for the teaching and learning of primary science.

CIEC have an archive of teaching resources to support the secondary science curriculum. 

The Centre for Industry Education Collaboration is a part of  University of York having a unique industry-education centre, recognized for its expertise in creating and maintaining a diverse range of initiatives to inspire pupils and teachers about science. CIEC works closely with STEM industries to ensure that their science and related careers are easily understood by primary teachers and the children they teach.
