Discover Venture Valley is an innovative educational program, created by The Singleton Foundation’s Venture Valley video game and Discovery Education, is designed to empower students in grades 6-12 to explore financial and business basics and develop their entrepreneurial spirit.
Venture Valley is a free-to-play, fast-paced business-building strategy game available on PC, iOS, and Android. With 35 unique missions and both multiplayer and single-player options, it’s a fun way for students to practice entrepreneurship and fundamental business skills. And with Discover Venture Valley’s new classroom resources, teachers can take the learning even further!
The interactive digital lesson plans are aligned with educational standards and provide educators with grab-and-go presentations, detailed teaching plans, and engaging activities. Students will learn about finance essentials, such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, as well as key marketing concepts.
