It offers &#8211;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"block-02cabff1-733e-4e7b-913b-6722e51e3b40\">The <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.flnhub.org\/capacity-builder\" target=\"_blank\">Capacity Builder<\/a> includes a capacity review tool to assess the capacity to deliver and proposed recommendations and tools to address delivery challenges. (Registration is required to access the Capacity Builder)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"block-e3cf1a31-592f-42a4-bad9-1a1ed558f43a\"><a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/the-fln-hub.webflow.io\/focus-area\/early-childhood-education\" target=\"_blank\">\u200dLearning resources<\/a> in the form of guidance documents, tools and videos will help strengthen understanding and delivery of FLN interventions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"block-94c44078-413e-4694-b0a3-e556f781c749\">The <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.flnhub.org\/evidence-menu\" target=\"_blank\">Evidence Menu<\/a> provides evidence-based approaches to improve FLN.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"
